Pastor Sherrell Compton

From 1977 to the present,  Pastor Sherrell Compton Has served as a mentor to women and to the Body Of Christ.

She is the wife of the Late Senior Pastor Douglas Raye Compton.  They were married for Forty - eight years and have two sons, JD. and Chris Compton and grandchildren. 

One of the most profound experiences and training grounds for ministry for Pastor Sherrell has been having the opportunity to Co-Plant and Co- Pioneer with her husband the New Life International Worship Center Church Of God  in Crestview, Florida in May of 1993. She has served as Pastor of Administration, Worship and Women’s Special Ministries. She currently serves as the Senior Pastor. 

Pastor Sherrell is the Founder of The Women Of Valor and Beautiful Ones ( A Community wide ministry dedicated to the cause of mentoring females both young and old) as well as the author of  the  Book ” Women of Valor…Knowing them, Becoming Them, Raising Them.“ 
Pastor Sherrell has attended Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida; Fort Valley University in Fort Valley, Georgia; Northwest Florida College in Niceville, Florida; and Christian Life School of Theology In Columbus, Georgia where she earned the Degree of Bachelor of Theology. 
She now serves as pastor of the Multi Campus Ministry New Life International Worship Center, at P.J. Adams & Twin Hills.

Pastor Sherrell is also very active in the Local community serving in various volunteer organizations and activities which include:
Chaplain of The Crestview Area Chamber of Commerce 
Member of Crestview Area Ministerial Association 
Serves on Executive Board of Directors for the Heart Of Florida Youth Ranch
